Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping packages on commercial and industrial construction projects in New York. The role demands strong leadership, rigorous scheduling, and close coordination with clients, general contractors, engineers, and field teams.

You will manage budgets, submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders, ensuring safety and quality while driving project closeout.

Qualifications

• Strong project-management experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping systems.
• Experience managing labor, project financials, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience on large commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Engineering or construction-management degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to coordinate closely with field operations.
