Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic MEP Project Manager in St. Louis, MO to lead mechanical construction projects from design through commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality systems.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, 5+ years in mechanical project management within construction, and strong HVAC design/installation experience. PE preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical project management experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
• PE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects from design and planning to installation and commissioning.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Interface with clients, engineers, contractors, and inspectors to manage project scope and quality.
