Job summary

Yondr Group is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead owner-side delivery of MEP systems for capital projects and operations. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring all contract requirements are met while upholding Yondr’s culture and standards.

You will influence strategic technical initiatives, develop standard specifications, QA/QC procedures and continuous improvements, bringing innovative approaches to unconstrained technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience on US-based construction projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools: Excel, Word, Project, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors and vendors in the delivery, inspection, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Act as site lead for the project, including non-MEP scopes as assigned.
• Provide technical leadership and coordination to ensure successful completion of construction objectives.
• Oversee the integration of MEP systems with critical infrastructure (BMS, power, HVAC, fire, security).
• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and internal teams to meet schedule milestones.
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify processes, procedures and documentation are being used.
• Produce formal project status reports and other periodic reports.
• Interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Maintain project information flow via meetings and written communications.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and regional stakeholders.
• Assist with RFIs and coordinate involvement with other parties.
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance.
