A leading project management firm is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including construction project management, with duties including budget management, contract negotiation, and client communication. The pay range for this role is between $70 and $80 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package is included for contractor employees.

Qualifications

• 10 years minimum of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and education.
• 8 years minimum of construction experience.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning.
• PMP accreditation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, both internally and externally.
• Negotiate contracts with architects, suppliers, and project managers.
• Communicate regularly with clients about budget, schedule, and risks.
• Oversee design processes according to approved schedules.
