Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze and calculate data for design feasibility and proposals.
• Participate in estimating and review subcontractor proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors and define work scope.
• Coordinate design/engineering efforts and monitor project financial status.
• Review subcontracts, shop drawings and ensure compliance with scope.
• Supervise drafting and administrative staff on site ACAD work and outputs.
• Ensure safety program implementation and on-site compliance.
