Job summary

A leading construction firm in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a detail-oriented MEP Preconstruction Manager to oversee the mechanical portion of MEP scope during preconstruction. In this role, you will collaborate with architects and engineers, lead mechanical system reviews, and prepare estimates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of MEP construction experience, with strong skills in mechanical system design and estimating. Qualifications

• 8–12 years in MEP construction, with at least 3 years focused on mechanical systems in preconstruction.
• General contractor experience strongly preferred.
