Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Field Coordinator to join our MEP Building Technology team on various projects in New Albany, OH. This full-time position involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems while ensuring quality and compliance with established standards.

Candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction along with strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
• Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.
• Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.
• Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.
• Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.
