Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Senior Field Coordinator to join our MEP Building Technology team on projects in Indianapolis, IN; Mooresville, IN; Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position.

You will oversee MEP coordination, supervise trade partners and vendors, assist in scheduling and QA/QC, and support start-up and commissioning to ensure on-time project delivery. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems.
• Ability to monitor workforce requirements, track progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.
• Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.
• Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.
• Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.
