Job summary

Hybrid office attendance is expected; travel to jobsites (~10%) is possible. A bachelor’s in engineering or construction management and 5+ years of estimating experience are preferred, with proficiency in modern estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Experience with Bluebeam for takeoffs and related estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• MEP cost estimates and take-offs under senior supervision.
• Prepare detailed quantity surveys and project estimates.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and coordinate bid packages.
• Support pursuit activities and input to project schedules.
• Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and scheduling teams.
