Job summary

Cerris Systems in Las Vegas seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects, coordinate field staff, and manage budgets, safety, and compliance. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain strong client relations in a dynamic construction environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's in construction management or related field, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for a project or assist senior management on projects.
• Manage a field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and compliance.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedule and ensure it aligns with contract documents.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in development of new business.
• Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
