Jobot is seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer/Dept Head to lead the Mechanical Department in a hybrid work environment. You will drive MEP consulting projects across commercial, educational, healthcare, and government facilities, setting direction and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires PE licensure, REVIT proficiency, and 12–15+ years in AEC with leadership experience to mentor teams and coordinate complex systems. Competitive compensation with bonuses and ownership options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12-15+ years of AEC experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of Leadership experience.
• PE Licensed Required.
• REVIT Proficiency Required.
• Strong Design and Documentation experience.
• Excellent project, people, and time management skills.
• Strong organizational, Communication, Problem Solving, Leadership, and attention to detail Skills.
