Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of experience managing MEP scopes on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and mechanical cooling infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Support management of MEP scopes on large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Coordinate design development, constructability reviews, and BIM/clash detection processes.
• Oversee critical systems installation including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling, fire protection, and BMS/EPMS.
• Track budgets, cost reports, change management, and documentation for MEP scopes.
• Participate in commissioning planning, functional testing, and integrated systems testing activities.
• Assist with closeout activities including O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and turnover documentation.
