Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale corporate headquarters development in Plano, Texas. You will coordinate the project team, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and communicate with the client to align on goals and expectations.

Experience with complex building systems, MEP coordination, and large-scale developments is highly preferred. A BS degree and 4+ years PM/CM experience are required along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Develop action plans and monitor progress against goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation.
• Drive permitting processes and ensure design management aligns with documents.
• Prepare PM plans and fee budgets/proposals and communicate with stakeholders.
