Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an MEP coordinator with 5+ years of commercial construction experience in Texas. You will oversee day-to-day coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and fire sprinkler scopes on a project, collaborating with the project team and leadership.

Responsibilities include owner-architect interface, planning and installation coordination, commissioning oversight, and development of full commissioning plans with test requirements and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a MEP coordinator.
• Strong grasp of mechanical and electrical concepts.
• Ability to run complex meetings and document minutes.
• Knowledge of fire/life safety and fire sprinkler systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, controls, plumbing and fire protection design/construction.
• Provide construction support for MEP systems including balancing and commissioning.
• Develop commissioning plans with test requirements and documentation.
