Clune Construction is seeking an MEP Coordinator to organize the planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of MEP equipment on complex projects. The role focuses on Mission Critical environments but also supports Health Care and TI projects.
The successful candidate will coordinate MEP models, review submittals, manage RFIs, track progress, and build commissioning documentation with subcontractors and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction is preferred.

The MEP Coordinator’s role is to supplement the project team by organizing the proper planning, installation, startup and commissioning of key MEP equipment. The position is focused in Mission Critical environments, but also helps with Health Care and TI projects. Responsibilities include coordinating the MEP model, reviewing MEP submittals prior to submission, provide potential solutions for MEP related RFIs, track MEP construction progress, organize startup and commissioning documentation, and work with subcontractor and vendors to close punch list items

Pay Range: $113,000 - $127,000
The salary range listed reflects a broad scope of potential earnings for this position.
Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, andinternal equity.
Please note that it is not common for candidates to be hired at the top of therange.
