Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a skilled Mechanical and/or Electrical Contract Administrator to join their team in Lakewood, Colorado. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with over 5 years of experience in the construction trades, particularly in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.

The position involves conducting field observations of installations, generating reports, and collaborating with project managers. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional experience in AutoCAD or Revit valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the MEP construction trades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite field observations of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations.
• Generate clear and detailed observation reports.
• Review contractor submittals and shop drawings for technical compliance.
• Collaborate directly with project managers and engineers to resolve issues.
• Interface with contractors to maintain quality control and construction accuracy.
