Job summary

Brewer-Garrett seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee MEPT construction projects in the Cleveland area. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, review drawings and specifications, and ensure safety and quality across sites.

This role involves submission management, procurement, and cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial or industrial construction and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent construction software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout within cost, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Plan and control project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field operations on-site.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead project meetings with clients and teams to communicate status and resolve issues.
• Forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs and manage procurement.
