Allegis Global Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead MEP construction for a large-scale, mission-critical project in San Antonio, TX. This fully onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, under a contract with AGS for Microsoft.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, strong MEP execution, and proven safety and schedule discipline. PMP and Primavera P6 preferred; bachelor's in CM/Engineering a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong experience with MEP scopes on large projects.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, or large commercial builds preferred.
• Proven field leadership and issue resolution in active sites.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite management and field leadership for MEP scopes.
• Coordinate activities among general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor execution to align with plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead meetings and site coordination discussions; manage risks and issues.
• Maintain safety focus and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts; track progress and report status.
• Facilitate communication across construction, engineering, and PM teams.
