The role emphasizes collaboration with field teams, subcontractors, and design professionals, with responsibilities spanning documentation, safety, and quality control to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; 0+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and building codes.
• Proficiency with construction documents, submittal processes, and project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate MEP activities with subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Track RFI responses, change orders, and field directives.
