Qualifications
- 3+ years of MEP commissioning experience.
- Bachelor’s or AAS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure mechanical and electrical building systems are designed, installed, and operating per customer specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installations.
- Review project drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Create commissioning plans including specs, test procedures, and schedules.
- Conduct and manage pre-functional and functional testing.
- Act as liaison between contractors and customers.
- Prepare building system plans using Revit.
