Salas O’Brien, within the RFS (New England) Division, seeks a Commissioning Agent to support planning, execution, and documentation of MEP systems commissioning for new construction, renovations, and retro-commissioning in existing buildings. The MEP Commissioning Agent position will be within the RFS (New England) Division of Salas O’Brien. The Commissioning Agent will support the planning, execution, and documentation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems commissioning for new construction and renovation projects, and for retro‑commissioning of MEP systems in existing buildings. The Commissioning Agent will collaborate with owners, design engineers, contractors, equipment vendors and manufacturers, and facilities staff to verify that MEP systems are installed, started, tested, and documented in accordance with the construction documents.
The expected base salary range for this role is 110,000 - $135,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
