Salas O’Brien, is seeking an MEP Commissioning Agent for the New England Division in Boston, MA. You will plan, execute, and document commissioning for new construction, renovations, and retro-commissioning of MEP systems in existing buildings.
Requires 10+ years BAS experience and a degree in engineering or related field; travel 50–75% to project sites; work with owners, designers, contractors, vendors, and facilities staff to ensure systems meet construction documents.

Position Summary:
The MEP Commissioning Agent position will be within the RFS (New England) Division of Salas O’Brien. The Commissioning Agent will support the planning, execution, and documentation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems commissioning for new construction and renovation projects, and for retro-commissioning of MEP systems in existing buildings. The Commissioning Agent will collaborate with owners, design engineers, contractors, equipment vendors and manufacturers, and facilities staff to verify that MEP systems are installed, started, tested, and documented in accordance with the construction documents.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is 110,000 - $135,000USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
