JM Mechanical in Utah is seeking a Mechanical BIM Technician skilled in Revit to develop and coordinate BIM models for commercial HVAC projects. You will work with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to improve coordination and constructability.

Responsibilities include creating detailed BIM models, managing workflows, maintaining templates and standards, and supporting clash detection efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for mechanical drafting and modeling.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and mechanical plans.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing and coordinating mechanical BIM models for commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong in Revit, and enjoys working collaboratively with project managers, field teams, and other trades to solve real-world coordination challenges.
