Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Assistant Superintendent for Lancaster, TX. This in-person role leads MEP installation, coordinates trade partners, and drives schedules and QA/QC across all project phases.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems, strong leadership, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Company offers comprehensive benefits and a merit‑based growth path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems.
• Experience managing workforce, progress, and technical challenges.
• Experience on complex MEP projects such as data centers or airports.
• Strong communication and leadership for client and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all MEP systems installation per specs and quality standards.
• Provide leadership to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, QA/QC, and energy control programs.
• Manage punch lists and field engineering issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support start-up and commissioning to ensure systems are fully operational.
• Collaborate across pre-construction through close-out for seamless delivery.
• Maintain strong client, design, and trade partner relationships.
