Job summary

NAYA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead as Menu Systems & Digital Operations Manager, owning menu architecture across all ordering channels. You will oversee integrations, QA, and onboarding across new restaurant locations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Bring 3–5 years in menu configuration or digital ordering within multi‑unit operations, with strong cross‑functional collaboration, data accuracy, and a builder's mindset to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands‑on experience in menu configuration, POS management, or digital ordering systems in a multi‑unit restaurant environment.
• Background in restaurant operations, technology, or systems enablement.
• Proven experience managing cross‑channel menu integrations with Toast, Lunchbox, Checkmate, and online ordering platforms.
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, QA procedures, and data accuracy initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and system logs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize menu across all ordering platforms – POS, digital, and third‑party.
• Build scalable menu structures to support pricing strategy and product rollouts.
• Implement and maintain 86ing processes and provide visibility into trends and operational impacts.
• Lead end‑to‑end QA testing for new items, system upgrades, and LTOs before go‑live.
