Qualifications

• JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and React Native experience with strong frontend craft.
• Experience with service-based architectures and NestJS.
• Full-stack CI/CD, cloud infra (AWS/Azure), monitoring/observability.
• Owned architecture and led significant technical work.
• Modernized mature apps via rewrites/re-platforming.
• Hands-on AI tooling (Claude) to speed development and improve tooling.
• Leadership, mentoring, and clear technical communication.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in professional software engineering with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for core platform.
• Write code and ship features alongside the team.
• Oversee re-architecture and modernization of services to TypeScript stack.
• Prioritize work, unblock engineers, and review code.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality.
• Define how AI accelerates the team and production features.
