Abonmarche is seeking a Structural Civil Engineer for our Kalamazoo, MI office. The ideal candidate will contribute to design efforts within a multidisciplinary team and help produce PS&E construction documents for diverse projects.

We value a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis and encourage candidates with PE or EIT to apply. CAD/Revit skills and strong communication are a plus as we collaborate across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• PE or EIT preferred.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structural engineering design of commercial and residential projects.
• Experience with engineering 3D structural analysis software, such as RISA 3-D or equivalent.
• Create and develop construction documents.
• Write and review specifications.
• Conduct site visits when needed.
