Bosah Group, a Dallas-based brokerage, is seeking a licensed, experienced realtor to join a team where ownership is involved in transaction strategy from CMA and pricing through negotiation and close.

This role offers deeper mentorship, a growing commission structure, and modern tools designed to streamline transactions, marketing, and client communication. Travel across the DFW area is expected to support client needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year real estate sales experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and responsive to client needs.
• Willingness to travel across the DFW metro.

Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers and sellers and convert relationships into signed representation agreements.
• Manage active transactions from CMA and offer strategy through closing.
• Prepare listing presentations and develop pricing strategy for sellers.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Stay current on TREC contract updates through ongoing brokerage guidance.
