Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology and cell culture of fungi and bacteria.
• Extract nucleic acids from plant or soil samples and analyze sequence data.
• Apply gene expression analysis in microbes or plants.
• Inoculate cereals with plant pathogens and rate disease symptoms.
