You’ll work on a small caseload with 60-minute 1:1 sessions, enabling high-quality patient outcomes while gaining hands-on mentorship from senior clinicians. Flexible scheduling helps balance personal and professional goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-service skills.
• Desire to develop professionally in outpatient/home-care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 PT services with 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Collaborate with mentors and care teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Deliver patient-centered care in home or outpatient settings.
