Qualifications

• Masters degree in an educational field (school administration preferred).
• Must be in a position to secure a valid Ohio Principal License by June 2028.
• Five (5) or more years of successful teaching experience in a K-12 environment.
• Highly skilled in human relations, instructional leadership, community relations, written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Mentored in the daily operations of a school building by a current building principal.
• Attend regular professional development sessions throughout the school year.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
