Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university program related to field of study.

Responsibilities

• Shadow multiple office personnel and train in various tasks.
• Attend company functions and networking events.
• Follow policies and procedures and maintain confidential information.
• Perform clerical duties and assist with data entry and documentation.
• Prepare information and research materials; assist with PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage databases and input information as needed.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and respond to critique.
• Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted on time.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
