Job summary

UPMC Altoona is hiring Graduate Nurses for the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program (GNRP) starting August 2027. Nurses will rotate through Medical Progressive, Surgical Progressive, Neuro Progressive, Surgical Trauma/Oncology, and Med/Surg Trauma with a 12-week orientation, followed by 12 weeks of rotations based on availability and preference.

The program offers mentorship with preceptors for each rotation, a sign-on bonus, loan repayment, generous PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and
