Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc (CDPHP) offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program. Undergrads and grads participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers.

Interns explore tracks across IT, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, and more, with up to 40 hours per week and housing not provided. Begins in June and ends in August; interns may work in technical or non-technical areas with project-based assignments and

Qualifications

• Majors include Computing Sciences & IT, Risk Management, Data Analytics or similar programs.
• Preferred: Excel skills and understanding of risk concepts.
• Must be in good academic standing and enrolled full-time.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support advancing Cyber Risk Management through risk indicators and cyber maturity.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects.
• Complete tasks based on business needs and department priorities.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
