Chaffin Luhana LLP in Stamford, CT seeks a litigation associate with 4–6 years of complex civil litigation experience. You will work directly with experienced trial lawyers, helping prepare evidence, witness testimony, and trial strategies for high-stakes plaintiff cases.

You’ll interview witnesses, manage documentary evidence, collaborate with experts, and help shape persuasive trial presentations as you grow into an indispensable trial attorney.

Qualifications

• At least 4–6 years of complex civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop case chronologies, factual analyses, and strategic recommendations for trial teams.
• Draft and respond to written discovery; conduct research and draft motions and briefs.
• Prepare deposition outlines, defend and take depositions, and analyze testimony for trial use.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial testimony; assist expert witnesses.
• Support trial teams during hearings, mediations, and trials; take on increasing responsibility over time.
