The role offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and increasing responsibility as your judgment and skills develop, with travel to depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has at least 4–6 years of complex civil litigation experience and is motivated to become an exceptional trial lawyer.
• Experience in developing and presenting case strategies for trial.
• Strong writing and attention to detail in developing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Proven ability to manage discovery and coordinate with trial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies from initial investigation through trial.
• Draft and respond to written discovery and prepare deposition outlines.
• Prepare deposition witnesses and trial exhibits and assist in expert witness preparation.
• Support trial teams during hearings, mediations, and trials with increasing responsibility.
• Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers to identify persuasive case themes and trial strategy.
