Job summary

Yorktown Systems Group is looking for a Training Facilitator in Rome, NY, to support the Defense Finance and Accounting Service’s mentorship programs. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in mentoring programs and teaching leadership principles.

The successful candidate will prepare and communicate learning objectives to students, and must be a U.S. Citizen. The opportunity requires traveling within the U.S. and potentially overseas.

Qualifications

• Five years of specialized experience in mentoring programs.
• Experience facilitating similar programs in the last 3 years.
• Three years of instructional delivery for mentor training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and understand course objectives prior to instructing.
• Communicate learning objectives to students.
• Discuss enabling learning objectives and answer student questions.
