Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Early Care and Education (birth to age 5).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Meet Maine Child Care Licensing background checks, fingerprinting, and medical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support best practices in classrooms to promote child outcomes and school readiness.
  • Provide modeling, feedback, and mentoring to support career ladder growth.
  • Deliver hands-on in-classroom mentoring and training.
  • Assist with Substitute Aide recruitment, training coordination, and facilitation.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Teachers, and Education Content Leads for coordinated efforts.
