Job summary

aspwebsolutions seeks a Mentor-Proté–Programmer / Program Manager (PM) to be onsite at DHA Headquarters in Falls Church, VA, with travel as directed in the DMV area. You will support development of new agreements, monitor performance outcomes, and ensure compliance with DHA policies.

This role manages budgets, prepares program reports, and coordinates with DHA leadership, industry partners, and small businesses to advance DoD small business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant program management experience.
• Knowledge of small business subcontracting, reporting, and Mentor-Proté–Progr'emer programs.
• Strong writing, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mentor-Proté–Progr'emer program oversight and administration.
• Draft policy content and coordinate reviews.
• Manage new agreements, reviews, and performance reporting.
• Track and report on Mentor-Proté–Progr'emer budget, expenditures, and outcomes.
• Liaise with DHA, industry partners, and small businesses.
