Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a Mentor Program Coordinator in Aventura, FL to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for corporate clients entering the mentoring ecosystem. You will act as a central liaison among Sales, Finance, Coaching, Platform, and Community teams to activate clients, match them with mentors, and support early engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations, onboarding or customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new corporate clients and activate programs within set timelines.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding sessions with multiple teams.
• Track payments, renewals, and client status across systems.
• Escalate urgent issues via Zendesk and document actions taken.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Coaching, Platform, and Events teams.
