You will act as a central liaison among Sales, Finance, Coaching, Platform, and Community teams to activate clients efficiently, match them with mentors, and support early engagement with clarity and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations, program coordination, onboarding, or customer support roles.
• Onboarding facilitation experience preferred.
• Exposure to mentoring, coaching, or sales-support environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new corporate clients within established timelines and schedule sessions.
• Coordinate mentor allocations and activation within 24–48 business hours.
• Monitor accounts for enrollment and payment status; escalate discrepancies.
• Handle inbound Zendesk inquiries and document status updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Coaching, Platform, and Events teams for seamless delivery.
• De-escalate concerns with professionalism and empathy; maintain client satisfaction.
