Qualifications

• Experience in client relations, program coordination, onboarding, or customer support roles.
• Presentation or onboarding facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact new corporate clients within onboarding timelines and schedule sessions.
• Manage onboarding calendars and conduct structured onboarding calls.
• Track mentor allocations and ensure matches within 24–48 hours.
• Monitor accounts for enrollment and payment status; pause/reactivate as needed.
• Sort Zendesk inquiries and maintain cross-department communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Coaching, Platform, and Community teams.
