10-4 Logistics is currently hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You’ll train one-on-one with a mentor, complete paid orientation, and earn $850 per week during the training phase.

After training, you move into your own assigned truck with expected earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and time off, and round-the-clock dispatch support.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Train one-on-one with a mentor during the training phase.
• Complete paid orientation and build regional freight skills.
• After training, transition to solo driving with assigned equipment and no-touch freight.
• Utilize dispatch support and follow safety practices.
