Network Connex Company is seeking a Junior Field Technician (L1) to support data center operations under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. This entry-level role emphasizes foundational, non-technical tasks while building the knowledge and skills needed for advancement within the organization.

Fieldwork may include overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-hours travel based on business needs. You will gain hands-on exposure to data center environments, safety procedures and industry standards

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of documented experience in a related field.
• No formal technical certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Physical ability and safety awareness to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize materials, tools and equipment for data center projects and operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking, receiving deliveries and verifying shipments against work orders.
• Provide short-term project labor support, including cable routing preparation, labeling and site support.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas per standards.
• Document daily activities and report issues to supervisor.
