Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in human service or related Mental Health Discipline.
• Two years experience working with mentally ill population, preferably in a residential setting.
• Valid Alabama Driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Mental Illness Residential Program.
• Track Consumer Census, Movement Reports, and MICRS data.
• Coordinate monthly training workshops for staff.
• Participate in the Performance Improvement Committee and submit reports.
• Administer personnel functions as directed by the Program Director.
• Monitor maintenance/upkeep of properties/equipment; submit reports.
• Assist with consumer needs assessment and clinical documentation.
• Provide direct services as required by Supervisor.
