Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) invites applications for a full-time Mental Health Worker in the Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN. The role works within a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization and IRTS team to implement treatment plans, support psychiatric stability, and aid independent living.

Strong compassion and reliability are required for advocacy and person-centered care. The position features 40 hours weekly with 1–2 shift options, every other weekend, and mandatory weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Post-offer background check and MVR required.
• Must have valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; multiple pathways to qualification listed.

Responsibilities

• Promote consumer empowerment and support service development.
• Monitor and guide activities considering stability and cultural needs.
• Provide supervision and assist with health, grooming, and daily living tasks.

Education

Associate of Arts Degree or two years of postsecondary education in behavioral sciences or related fields

Registered Nurse qualification

2,000 hours of work experience in health and human services

Three years of experience as primary caregiver to adults with mental illness or related conditions

Three years of personal life experience with mental illness
