Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a part-time Mental Health Worker for the Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN.

You will work with a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization and IRTS team to implement treatment plans and support adults with psychiatric instability, helping them develop independence and community skills. Shifts vary 7:00am-3:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm with mandatory in-person weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Pass post-offer background and MVR check.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent with one of the qualification options.
• Commitment to part-time schedule (24–32 hrs/week) and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Work with treatment team to implement plans and services.
• Promote psychiatric stability and social skills.
• Provide supervision and training to meet client needs (health, grooming, bathing, etc).
• Ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.
• Respond to needs and assess services per individual treatment plans.
• Attend trainings and weekly team meetings.
