Job summary

HCA Healthcare Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness Center in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee all house-wide nursing functions during assigned shifts. You will coordinate staff, manage admissions/discharges, and ensure patient-centered care in compliance with policies.

You will lead interdisciplinary teams, mentor nurses, support regulatory standards, and participate in disaster preparedness and performance improvement initiatives as part of a dynamic leadership

Qualifications

• RN required for licensure as a registered nurse.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all house-wide nursing functions during the designated shift.
• Direct staff and oversee admissions/discharges to ensure throughput and patient-centered care.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
