Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Transport Driver to deliver clients to needed care within and outside the contracted area. The driver acts as the primary in-person company representative in a mental health setting, delivering excellent service to facilities, clients, and families.

Key duties include route planning, client and belongings handling, meticulous logs, reporting defects, and data entry into Samsara. Night and weekend flexibility is required, with a focus on safe, efficient transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 26 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Tech-savvy; data entry experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends with flexible hours.
• Ability to work in highly stressful situations and multi-task.
• Experience in law enforcement, military, dispatch, logistics or mental health helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive long- and short-distance routes; coordinate routes with dispatchers.
• Retrieve and secure clients and belongings for trips.
• Maintain detailed logs of working hours per policy; submit monthly.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, and violations promptly.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
• Interact professionally with facility staff, clients, and families.
• Enter data into Samsara system; maintain logs and submit reports.
• Update facility contacts with Director of Operations and Field Supervisors.
• Work to reduce transport arrival times; report overages to supervisor.
