Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Motor Vehicle License with clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from appointments, ensuring their safety.
• Assist with patient care activities and communicate issues to staff.
• Aid in various tasks supporting the program’s day-to-day functions.
